RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
We provide a 30-day return policy on some items, subject to the manufacturer's/supplier's return policy. Items must be returned within 30 days after their original receipt. Returns will not be accepted without prior notice. You can notify your salesperson of any returns or replacements via email or phone.
We do not accept returns on the following items due to limited shelf life, safety concerns, and the possibility of fraudulent claims: toner cartridges, ink cartridges, technology, software, business machines, mattresses, some furniture, clearance, closeout items, hygiene, dated materials (current or previous years), custom printed items, and consumable products (food, beverages, cleaning supplies, pharmaceuticals, and paper). Perishable/food items, as well as dated products like tax forms, calendars, appointment books, business journals, diaries, desk calendars, desk pad calendars, wall planners, or planners, are non-returnable, and all sales are final.
These products will only be accepted if there is a manufacturer's defect, damage, or an error on our end.
Some of the non-returnable items, but not limited to, are:
The box/item was used or opened.
The item was damaged due to improper handling inside the facility.

Medical Supplies & Equipment
Dental Care Products
Personal Grooming Products
Food Supplies & Equipment
Other Office Supplies, Janitorial, Cleaning, Kitchen, Toners/Cartridges, etc.

In case of return/replacement, you will need to provide the following information:
Order Number
Item(s) and quantity you wish to return.
Reason for the return.
In the event you are returning an item due to damage, a manufacturer's defect, or an error on our part, please provide pictures of the damaged or incorrect item.
We offer a return/exchange policy based on the manufacturer's/suppliers' and the following conditions:
Defective/Damaged/Incomplete Products:
If your things are broken, defective, or incomplete, please request a return or refund within three business days after receipt. In the event of an error, we will do our utmost to handle returns promptly and fairly.
All returns must be completely undamaged, including all original packaging, manuals, registration cards, etc.
Items not in their original packing cannot be returned for a refund or replacement.
If a return is determined to be the customer's fault (e.g., incorrect item ordered, change of mind, approved alternative/substitute item), a restocking fee of 30% and return shipping costs will be applied at the customer's expense.
Refunds/Replacements
Once we receive your returned items, we will check and handle them. Refunds will be issued using the same payment method as the original transaction. Refunds are generally processed within 10 to 15 business days. Please allow 7-10 business days to get the replacement merchandise.
Returns Without Prior Authorization
If a return is received without prior return authorization, the shipment may be refused. If your order is refused without consent, you may be charged a refusal fee equivalent to the shipping cost.
Manufacturer Warranties
Unless otherwise stated on our website, all products are sold with the full manufacturer's warranty. The warranty period and service options vary based on the manufacturer and product.
